But in current reality, official state recognition of July martyrs and fighters remains unresolved, while the government is advancing toward—

(1) Organizing national elections

(2) Designing the process of power transition

This has created deep questions and moral doubts in the public mind.

(1) Is the foundation of this power not built upon the blood of July?

(2) The legitimacy of the uprising lies in the sacrifice of the martyrs—then why the delay in recognition?

(3) If power transition is accelerated, then is the honor of martyrs and fighters outside political priority?

(5) Is this administrative delay or a strategy to avoid political risk?
